Change is an inevitable part of work and life experience, but staff are not always equitably prepared to navigate it, and leaders are not always equipped to assess and account for the ways in which change is individually experienced.

 

Workplace changes can come in many forms, from changes in process, ownership, organizational culture or structure, company policy or labor relations, to the external changes in our social, environmental, and political landscape that folks inevitably bring to work.

Optional coaching and advising hours, takeaway tools, cohort discussion groups, extended sessions with breakout groups, and additional time options for geographically disperses staff are also available as add-ons.
