NEW MANAGER ONBOARDING

Let Meetinghouse customize and deliver New Manager Onboarding for your staff. Options include full facilitation of the 90 minute session on a quarterly basis, or we can train a member of your staff to lead the session after the first year.​

MANAGER COHORT DISCUSSION GROUPS

Ideally building on New Manager Onboarding but also available as a stand-alone support, let Meetinghouse facilitate peer cohorts for each level of managers on your staff (junior, middle, and senior). Managers will bring real scenarios and walk away with actionable strategies and best practice approaches to try.

$10,000 for all three levels of manager cohorts to meet every other month for one year, with cohort groups of up to 15 members each

CHANGE MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

Engage with Meetinghouse for Change Management advising and/or training for your staff. Learn how to develop people and processes for staff to lead and/or navigate change as happening "with" rather than "to" them.  Learn more about our 3 Session Inclusive Change Management Series, which includes a planning and debrief session with leaders and/or HR staff.

$10,000 for the three session series (including planning + debrief calls), with advising packages available as an add-on or stand-alone package dependent on level of engagement required

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT RETAINER

Full access to Meetinghouse's suite of supports, including customized training (New Manager Onboarding, Manager Cohorts, and optional DEI Foundations) + advising (change management, L&D strategy, or DEI) + coaching for leaders and people managers

$75,000 per year includes up to 25 hours of access per month​

TWO MONTH TURNAROUND

Offer struggling staff and their manager an alternative to the standard Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) with Meetinghouse's wraparound support. With weekly coaching for the staff member, bi-weekly meetings with their manager, and check-ins with leadership and/or HR at the beginning, middle, and end, we will help identify the root of their performance issues, tap into motivation and skill/will/knowledge gaps, and help get them on a path that benefits everyone involved.

$5,000 per staff member (employee or employer sponsored)
